All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 non-refundable holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move-in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.
Our one-bedroom apartment homes come in two layouts up 898 square feet, while two-bedroom apartments cover as much as 1,082 square feet. With enough room to roam for the entire household, our floor plans accommodate a wide array of living preferences.
Throughout each home, the gourmet kitchens come with dishwashers, breakfast bars, microwaves, hard-surface countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Smart Home Technology enables an added layer of convenience, including smart locks and remote thermostat access. To make things easier, these residences also sport full-size washers and dryers, central air conditioning systems, walk-in closets with wardrobe organizers, and private patios or balconies with enclosed storage.
